The strong growth of US e-commerce and no signs of being severely affected after Covid 19 is an opportunity for businesses and retailers around the world to seize, and Vietnam is no exception. And more than that, customs clearance enjoying tax incentives under Section 321 Type 86 will help businesses save a part of costs and build up a competitive advantage to competitors. 

What is Type 86 Section 321? 

Section 321/ Type 86 Customs Entry is an optional entry that U.S. Customs & Border Protection (U.S. Customs & Border Protection) has created to help businesses improve their shipping operations. 

Allows retailers to imported valued at $800 or less bulk shipments into the United States with no taxes or fees. If the shipments have fully met the requirements from the Partner Government Agency, the Type 86 will make the customs clearance process seamless and ensure fast approval.

• Import Customs declaration - enjoy tax incentives under Type 32/Section 321 

• Import on behalf of real importers 

• Declare manifest for 3PL (Manifest, ISF, etc.) 

• Declare FDA for food, medical, cosmetic products

Sea port: LAX and other  Airport

- Drop off service at the warehouse / last mile fulfillment
