NOTIFICATION OF FSMA - PCQI TRAINING SCHEDULE        MARCH 2023

 

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your interest in GOL’s service of registering food products with the FDA.

According to the provisions of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), food manufacturers / exporters need to ensure that their products meet US food safety standards. The importer/FDA has the right to request the manufacturer/exporter to provide the following information:

- Having at least 1 trained staff about FSMA.

- Having a record and application of production processes according to FSMA standards, which are developed and issued by FDA-certified staff who qualified for preventive controls in food – “Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI).

In order to fulfil the required rules the Manufacturer/Exporter, Importer must:

1. Send at least 1 employee to attend the FSMA-PCQI  Training Course to be trained and certified (3 days of training class in HCMC every month).

2. Producer/Exporter needs to update the FSMA profile and application to the factory.

3. Traders participate in a course to monitor the requirements of manufacturers to supply products to ensure that they meet US food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with FSMA procedures.

The FSMA-PCQI courses according to the approval program by FDA, will be held continuously to meet the needs of your demand.

Please be informed that the class schedule will be held on: March 2023

- Time: 03 consecutive days (morning and afternoon), from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- On Monday, Tuesday and, Wednesday 20, 21 and 22 2023

- Documents: will be emailed directly to the students.

- cost online tuition: 10,500,000 VND (ten million five hundred thousand Vietnam Dong). None VAT

- cost Off-line tuition: 11,500,000 VND (eleven milion five hundred thousand Vietnam Dong). None VAT

- Official certificate issued by FSPCA/AFDO - Association of Food and Drug Officials

- if trainees fully participate and achieve basic knowledge of the course. Certificate will be issued directly to each student by the FDA via the email address that the student registered in the FSMA course registration form, within 30 days after the end of the course.
